						The Aileron roll
			The aileron roll is one of the first manoevres to be learnt. A 360 degree roll about the longitudinal axis using all three controls, but mainly depending on the ailerons. Make a shallow dive to begin, then pull the nose up above the horizon and push the ailerons smartly in the direction you wish to roll. By the time the inverted position is reached full rudder will also be needed to keep it going.
